I . What is the purpose of collecting personal information?

The information you provided will be used to respond to reply, inquire, notify (if you have previously authorized), or to provide you with requested information about products and services.

We use your information to specifically provide you with product content and product services.

We use your information to service to your account, including but not limited to investigating issues, resolving disputes, etc. Our company will not sell your information to any third parties unless specified at the time of collection.

(2)  Anonymous aggregated statistical data is not defined as personal user information by our company. We will retain and use such information for various purposes, including but not limited to analysis and reporting of usage patterns. Our company reserves the right to use and disclose anonymous aggregated statistical data for any purpose or to grant third parties the permission to use and disclose such data unilaterally.

(3) The information you upload in this product  may potentially harm your legal rights or those of others. You must be fully aware of such risks. You expressly agree to assume all risks and consequences associated with uploading information, and our company will assumes no responsibility .

Although we strive to protect user privacy, we may disclose personal information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to comply with current judicial procedures, court orders, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or third partie s.

III . Does our company share the collected information?

However, we do share personal information with our vendors, contractors and service partners or other third parties (collectively   referred to as"Service Providers"). Service providers include analytics companies, advertisers, payment processors, customer service and support providers, email, IT services and SMS providers, web hosting and development companies, and fulfillment companies. Service providers also include co-promotion partners with whom we jointly develop and/or sell product s.

We do not use cookies in this product, but we do use token technology solely to maintain your login status .

V . Information security
1. Storage
(1) Our company will ensure that the collection of your personal information is carried out legally and effectively in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory authorities, and will keep all   acquired user personal information confidential.
(2) Our company will retain your personal information only for the duration necessary for the purposes described in these guidelines and within the time limits required by laws and regulations.

2. Protection
Our company commits to achieving a reasonable level of information security protection. To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of your information, our company will secure your personal information using the following, but not limited to, technical and managerial measures:

(1) Encrypted information transmission;
(2) Encrypted information storage;
(3) Strict access control implemented in the data center;
(4) Establish an internal control management system and adopt the principle of minimum authorization for internal personnel who have access to your personal information;
(5) Monitor the behavior of internal personnel in handling your personal information;
(6) Conduct training and assessment of internal personnel on national industry laws and regulations, privacy security requirements, and information security awareness;
(7) Emergency response to information security incidents: due to factors beyond our control or the continuous evolution of external malicious methods, our company will, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, promptly inform you of the incident. This communication will include, but is not limited to, emails, letters, phone calls, or push notifications. We will inform you about the basic situation of the security incident, the scope of impact, measures taken or to be taken, remedial actions, and suggestions for preventing and reducing risks on your own. If it is difficult to inform each subject of personal information individually due to special circumstances, our company will take reasonable and effective measures to issue a public announcement. At the same time, our company will proactively report the progress and status of the information security incident to the supervisory authorities in a timely manner .

3.  If our company ceases operations, our company will immediately stop collecting your personal information, delete or anonymize all stored personal information, and notify you of the cessation of operations either individually or through a public announcement.

4 . Privacy protection of minors
Our company places a high priority on the protection of minors' personal privacy information. This product is available for use by children, but if you are under 18 years old, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian").
