Responsibilities

  • Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality evaluation and control systems/protocols for evaluation and processing calibrated instruments for test and production utilization
  • Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs assessments using statistical analysis to develop affordable options and solutions using required standards and specifications
  • Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and effective corrections are in place
  • Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
  • Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications
  • Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of Quality Engineer or related field in support of high reliability product development, manufacture, test, delivery, and post-delivery support
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and technically work with a team of hardware and program quality engineers
  • Worked in an ISO 9001 QMS environment
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized, able to prioritize work
  • Continuous improvement focused, utilizing Lean concepts and problem-solving techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite; ability to use basic computer programs for record keeping and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with management presenting and supporting the quality engineering effort

  • Receive, unload, and place incoming materials appropriately for further processing by quality control
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory in appropriate sections of the warehouse
  • Processing, packaging, and palletization of shipping orders accurately
  • Inspect and check shipping manifest for outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse with timely receiving and preparation of materials
  • Regularly review inventory to maintain necessary inventory levels for entire crew
  • Deliver materials to job sites when needed
  • Work with a team to maintain smooth operation of warehouse

Requirements

  • At least one year experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Able to maintain records and use basic computer systems
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and maintain physical standard necessary to complete work
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • Be punctual, great attention to detail.

Plan, perform, and record full laboratory processes for in-vitro diagnostic research and development that include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Plans and conducts moderate to complex assessments, evaluations, and studies
  • Uses various design and statistical tools to aid in study plan creation, data analysis and assessment
  • Prepares written reports to summarize, document and communicate findings and recommendations in an efficient and clear manner

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years experience in biotechnology/biology research practices and protocol

  • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to critically review and summarize data a must
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) – technical writing a plus
  • Working knowledge of Quality Systems Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standards
  • Knowledge of scientific related principles, theories and application

  • Review, renew, and edit existing documentation for regulatory submission
  • Acts as a Regulatory Affairs representative and assists with regulatory objectives related to items such as labeling/packaging, preparing documentation required in the development life cycle, and recommending strategies for most efficient and effective regulatory approvals, and marketing activities
  • Develop and maintain procedures for regulatory operations
  • Analyze and make recommendations on submissions
  • Coordinate with CPA & supply chain management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with regulatory submissions 
  • Proven experience and knowledge of FDA quality systems 21CFR Part 820,  ISO 13485:2016, and IVDR: (EU) 2017/746 
  • Expertise in writing, preparing, and managing documentation for submission
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulations/laws
